Overview
Benefit eligibility varies based on average hours worked, location, length of service, and whether a collective bargaining agreement applies. Fanatics has several employee classifications, which can be either regular or seasonal. Throughout this website, you’ll see the following terms referenced when describing who is eligible for specific benefits:
- Regular full-time employee — An employee who is expected to work on average 30 or more hours per week throughout the calendar year.
- Regular part-time employee — An employee who is not expected to work on average 30 or more hours per week throughout the calendar year.
- Seasonal employee — An employee who is hired into a position for which the customary annual employment is six months or fewer.
Generally speaking, employees covered by a collective bargaining agreement are only eligible for the benefits described on this site if the collective bargaining agreement says so.
