Fanatics is committed to assisting employees who need help in conceiving a child. Our Infertility Treatment Reimbursement Program supports employees who are facing the expense of treatment for infertility.
Who’s eligible?
All regular full-time employees with more than one year of service are eligible for the Infertility Treatment Reimbursement Program.
Key features at a glance:
- Reimbursement up to $10,000 for fees associated with the cost of infertility treatments and associated services received by a benefits-eligible employee or the employee’s spouse or domestic partner.
- Coverage provided for costs that are not otherwise covered by health insurance.
- Note: Reimbursement payments are considered taxable income by the IRS.
